1. Who we are

2. Analytics and tracking
Exhibition performs no analytics, usage tracking, or telemetry. No analytics SDK, crash reporter, advertising, or third-party tracking library is integrated in the app, the share extension, or the watch app, and no advertising identifiers are used or requested.
3. What data is involved
- Your files. Images and documents you import — from the Files app, the photo library, the share sheet, or the Finder — are copied into the app's own storage on your device and shown from there. They are never uploaded to us.
- Photo library. Images are chosen with the system photo picker, so Exhibition only receives the photos you select, not access to your whole library.
- Nearby sharing, when switched on. Exhibition can send your files and the current slide to other devices running Exhibition nearby. This uses Apple's MultipeerConnectivity directly between the devices over Wi-Fi or Bluetooth, encrypted, with no server in between. Nearby devices that also run Exhibition see the device name you set for sharing. Sharing is off by default.
- Apple Watch. The watch app sends Previous/Next commands to the Exhibition app on your paired iPhone through Apple's WatchConnectivity.
- Settings and lock code. Your settings, device name for sharing, and the optional lock code are stored only on your device.
- "Other apps" list. The info screen loads the names and icons of other werk01 apps from Apple's App Store (itunes.apple.com, apps.apple.com). The request carries no personal data beyond what every web request carries (such as your IP address), and it is not used to identify you.
- Feedback email, when you choose to send one. The contact option opens your mail app with app version, iOS version, device model and installation type (App Store, TestFlight or development build) pre-filled. You see everything before sending, and nothing is sent unless you send the email yourself.
- No user data is collected. No names, emails, contacts, location, or any other personal information about the person using Exhibition.
4. Data sharing
Files only leave your device when you share them with nearby devices yourself. We do not sell, share, or transmit user data to third parties or ad networks.
5. Data retention
Imported files stay on your device until you delete them in Exhibition or remove the app. Uninstalling Exhibition removes its files and settings.
6. Children's privacy
Exhibition is rated 4+ on the App Store and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.
7. Your choices
Because no account or personal profile is created, there is no account-deletion flow to document. Nearby sharing can be switched off at any time in the app.
8. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated effective date.
